With more than 25 years of experience in the aquatics industry, Jonathan Lee is a nationally respected leader, trainer, and consultant dedicated to advancing aquatic safety, leadership, and excellence. From his early days as a lifeguard and swim instructor to leading large-scale aquatics programs and facilities, he has built a career rooted in passion, purpose, and proven results.

In 2025, Jonathan founded Atlantis Elite Aquatics, LLC, a company specializing in Aquatics Training, Leadership Coaching, Consulting, and Pool Supplies & Equipment. Through Atlantis Elite, he brings his deep industry knowledge to clubs, organizations, and aquatic professionals seeking to elevate their programs and grow strong, effective teams.

Over the years, Jonathan has held senior leadership roles with top organizations including the YMCA, Life Time Fitness, Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, and the Atlanta Athletic Club. He has successfully managed multiple pools and facilities, led high-performing teams, and developed aquatic programs that exceed both safety standards and community impact goals.

A certified Instructor Trainer for the American Red Cross and Faculty Trainer for the YMCA, he has helped shape lifeguard and swim instructor certification programs across the nation—training hundreds of professionals and mentoring the next generation of aquatics leaders.

He also brings a background in sales and communication as a Dale Carnegie Institute graduate, equipping him with a unique ability to connect, lead, and inspire at all levels of an organization.
