Maintain your American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Trainer certification while refreshing the skills, teaching practices, and program knowledge needed to effectively support and develop Lifeguarding Instructors. This blended learning recertification course combines online learning with hands-on, instructor-led training. Participants will review current American Red Cross policies and procedures, participate in an in-water practice and skills-polishing session, and engage in practice teaching designed to reinforce effective instructional techniques and expectations. The course is designed specifically for current American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Trainers who need to renew their Instructor Trainer certification**. The blended format provides the flexibility of completing the online portion while preserving the hands-on experience and instructor interaction that are essential to lifeguarding education. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive their applicable American Red Cross digital certification.
