Step into a leadership role in aquatics with the American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor (BL r.24) Course—an intensive, two-day training designed for experienced lifeguards ready to teach, lead, and certify others. This comprehensive course prepares you to deliver American Red Cross Lifeguarding programs, while also providing the opportunity to earn or refresh your Lifeguarding and Waterfront Skills certifications. Over two immersive days, you will develop the skills to: Lead and instruct lifeguarding courses with confidence Teach water rescue techniques, surveillance, and emergency response Evaluate participant performance and ensure certification readiness Strengthen leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism This is more than a certification—it’s your next step into leadership, impact, and excellence in aquatics.
